Suggestions for watching the following videos:
1. After you hit play, hit pause. Let the video download first either halfway or fully. This way you do not have to deal with the stopping and starting that can happen if it is playing faster than it's downloading. Downloading fully can range from 2-4 minutes for normal quality video. Some of the videos have a choice of High Quality (HQ at bottom right side of the screen). It's clearer and sharper although it may take around 7 minutes to download fully.
2. If there are a few statements or long statements, hit pause so that you can comfortably read and understand everything.
